Prepayment:
The confirmation is followed by a Pro Forma Invoice. As soon as the sum indicated in such Pro Forma Invoice is credited to Assono’s bank account the goods can be picked up at Assono’s premises. Alternatively, if the Customer requested delivery in the Order Form and also agreed to pay the delivery fee indicated in the Pro Forma Invoice, the goods are handed over to a courier within two (2) days of their arrival. By paying the sum indicated in the Pro Forma Invoice the Customer acknowledges the price and the terms and conditions of delivery set forth in the confirmation.
Deferred payment (via bank transfer in 15 or 30 days):
This payment method is strictly subject to a separate, written agreement by and between Assono and the Customer, and in line with the terms and conditions set forth therein (credit line, payment deadline, late payment penalty). The order is confirmed in writing by Assono, including the delivery fee and deadline. Such confirmation creates a contract by and between the Parties. Assono shall issue the invoice with the agreed payment deadline and send it to the Customer either accompanying the goods or to the previously agreed invoicing address.
(3) Paying by credit card (via SimplePay):
Once your order has been finalized, we will send you a link to the email address you have provided, which will allow you to pay online by your Visa, Mastercard, or Maestro credit card. The Simple Pay online payment service allows you to store your card information so you don't have to enter it again the next time you pay. The link can be used only once. If the payment process is interrupted or unsuccessful, the link can be reused until the transaction is successful. After successful payment, Assono Hungary Ltd. will inform you about the success of the payment both via the interface and by e-mail.
I acknowledge the following personal data stored in the user account of Assono Hungary Ltd. (Róna Street 120-122., Budapest, Hungary, HU-1149) in the user database of refurbishedpbx.com will be handed over to OTP Mobil Ltd. and is trusted as data processor. The data transferred by the data controller are the following: name; e-mail address; phone number

Delivery methods:
The shipping cost of delivery varies by weight and zones. The estimated shipping costs are provided below for your reference. We inform you of the exact transport and insurance fee after you have placed your order and indicate it as a separate item on the Pro Forma Invoice.
- I send my forwarding agent who picks up the goods at Assono’s storage facility:
Goods ordered can be picked up free of charge in Assono’s storage facility (H-1149 Budapest, Róna Street 120-122.) on official Hungarian working days between 9.00 a.m. and 4.00 p.m. You will be notified in writing as soon as the goods are ready to be picked up. Goods are stored for five working days free of charge. Please let us know if pick up will be delayed for any reason.
- I request delivery:
Subject to the payment of a transport and insurance fee goods ordered are delivered to the delivery address indicated in the order. We employ international courier agencies (DHL). The shipping cost of delivery varies by weight and zones. We indicate the delivery fee as a separate item on the Pro Forma Invoice. Goods can be delivered to locations only where they can be received any time between 9.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m. on working days and the person taking delivery is authorised to sign the delivery note. In the event a delivery attempt fails for a reason attributable to the Customer the goods are transported back to Assono’s premises and Assono shall notify the Customer in writing. In such cases the goods can be picked up at Assono’s premises or a second delivery attempt can be ordered and paid for in advance. Upon delivery, goods weighing more than 25 kg shall be unloaded by the Customer.

The delivery fee shall be indicated in the Pro Forma and the Final Invoice as separate items.

Remote Areas
A Remote Area is defined as a post code or in the absence of post code, a suburb/town name that is difficult to serve. Please note that a delivery to one of the remote post codes and towns would attract a Remote Area surcharge.
